Interior has been completely updated to current home interior look; new flooring, paint and wallpaper throughout; custom couch has large storage compartments underneath; custom and very unique ladders for lofts; custom pantry shelves.

3K watt inverter paired with 4 deep cycle 6V battery bank(less than a year old) powers everything but the A/C; 5K watt Onan generator powers everything. Those, along with the large tank capacities makes for easy boondocking, lot docking and off grid stays.
Tires are less than a year old.
Everything is in great shape and fully functional - except for tank monitors(which usually stop working after 1st year in all RV's; and the rear stabilizer(needs to be replaced, but still useable with jack stands). Small cosmetic damage to left rear lower flange at corner - only cosmetic.
