Description

This great bus is a fantastic live in traveler.  Well maintained with many new items, this bus is ready to jump in and start exploring.  6 new radial all position tires, new one piece roof, upgraded electronics board in a dual heat pump/AC unit located inside the frame (Very Quiet!).  New seals on the slides, washer/dryer works. New awning (7 mo.) and newer tip out covers.  We had it recompeted, refloored with LVP, brand new digital antenna, and new UHD tv's that are oversize in both the living room and bedroom (You may not need your glasses to see them 41" and 32").  Larger 10 gallon hot water tank (Elec/Propane), 80 gallons of fresh, 40 gallon Gray/40G Black water tanks, 22g O/B Propane.  Newer batteries for the house and the engine.  The 8.1l Vortec engine moves this bus fully loaded up a hill passing cars and trucks, you will not be the one getting honked at.  The workhorse chassis is very nimble and turns pretty tight for being a 38 foot RV. Larger 22.5" commercial truck tires so you don't feel every bump in the road like it was a canyon trying to break your rim.  Factory Trailer hitch, ONAN 60Amp Generator. 30/50 amp service.

"What should” you know about this:

We are not the first owner.  We have never been in an accident with this, but we have had insurance work done when a tree branch broke through the roof while we were driving through high winds and a storm (hence, brand new 1.5 year old roof!).  We have lived out of this, off and on while we traveled around and before we bought our house.   This is a very nice bus for its age, It is not a "perfect" RV, our mechanic says it is better than average paint, one of the decals are starting to peel a little at the edges, but that is an easy cosmetic fix when you are ready. The driver side upper window (not a view window) the internal seal has failed between the double pain glass and it is a little cloudy (does not leak). The drivers power window needs to have the rails cleaned, it goes down great, but is coming up a little slow. The ice maker does not work, the factory told us this was not uncommon: You can add a new one, ours lasted 10 months, then 13 months (full time production). The queen mattress is commercial, not pictured

We have been to very clean and strict parks with this, and despite it's age, we have always been let in because we keep it clean and  in tip top condition.  We are selling because we are done traveling for a few years and this collected more dust than road miles last year
