Here is my 1998 Beaver Patriot for sale. If you know anything about RV's you know that for the time period these are some of the best coaches ever built. These are becoming extremely rare finds and this one is definitely special. I bought this about 12 months ago from a family in Oregon. The father had owned it for 12 years and it was his pride and joy (when you see it, you will notice) he spared no expense on this coach. There are too many upgrades to list. I have all the original paperwork/manuals to show. The original owner was an employee of the comedian Steve Martin. He had the coach custom built in 1997 for when he and his family would tour with Steve. The original sticker price was 276,000k. I hate to sell this coach but due to COVID-19 my wife and I are moving and we can't keep the coach. Otherwise, I would keep this for years to come. I am planning ahead so we can sell it to the right person. I want someone to enjoy and care for this coach as myself and the previous owners have. With that said, I will only be showing this rig if you are a serious buyer.

Now that you have the back story, let’s talk about the vehicle. This coach has 71,000k original miles. It’s sitting on a MAGNUM chassis, Powered by a Turbocharged 330hp CAT Diesel 3126 motor and Automatic Alison Transmission. This baby purrrrs on the road! Tires are Michelin that were put on in 2015 with only about 10,000 miles on them. 8 bag air suspension for supreme comfort. RVA leveling system, 7.5 Onan Generator, Full Fiberglass Roof, 2 A/C units, Hurricane Hot Water System, Washer/Dryer, New Chassis batteries in 2019, 4 new Gel Coach batteries, Awnings all around (including 1 electric), 1 Slide out in the kitchen that adds a ton of room. Upgraded leather couches, Solid Walnut Cabinets, and in my opinion the best floorplan/Color Combo design for this year.
