I’m helping my dad sell to pay for his treatments. I have many memories traveling with my parents and siblings around the country on vacations 30 years ago. 

I am asking him for his knowledge of it now:

Second owner, owned for 35 years. Original manuals, owner and shop. Everything original except power supply and water pump, water heater replaced. 

Suitable for going to the mountains because of length and tandem axle. (I remember this well in Northern BC)

Maintained For use but haven’t needed to travel for 10 years+ now. Due to illness have decided not to work on it further.

Kept as original and maintained fairly well.  All original interior and exterior, including AM FM, 8 track, cassette, tv antennae, air conditioning.

Main issues
- the steps were damaged against a rock and tore part of the aluminum. They have been partially repaired. 
- window next to the door needs replacing, a stone hit it in recent years. We have priced out replacement options
- awning needs some reattachment work.
