Bought in August 2019,  it’s a 2020 model and only used it 3 times so it's like New!  The bunk beds have never been used.  It's been stored indoors and cleaned thoroughly each of the three short times it was used.    Theater seats.  Power Jack.  Table makes a bed though we’ve never put it down.  Storage shelves & drawers behind TV wall.  Comes with Weight Distribution Hitch, water hose, and heavy duty sewer hose.  Like I said this RV is in like New condition! Unfortunately at this time in our lives we just don’t have time to use it.
