Excellent condition very clean and well taken care of.  This unit is perfect for living small, especially if you need an extra room to use as either a bedroom or an office.  Plenty of storage everywhere!  My favorites are the full size residential refrigerator and the coffee bar area.  Leather pull out sofa and power reclining theater style loveseat.  And the loveseat in the mid-room also pulls out into a bed.  Other features include self-leveling jack system, washer and dryer hookup, second power awning over living room slide, frameless tinted windows, solid steps and so much more!  Must see to appreciate.  serious offers will be considered.
