This camper is in excellent condition.  We bought it brand new.  Starting with the bedroom, it has a king bed, large closet, tv and dresser.  Storage under the bed also.  The bathroom has a large shower and lots of storage there also.  The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave stove top and oven which have been rarley used, we do most of our cooking outside.  There is tons of storage in the kitchen and living area.  It has big screen smart tv in the living area with a dvd player and a sound bar.  For those cool nights there is a fireplace for heating or just for enjoying without heat.  Theater seating is a plus and it can be rearranged to your liking.  There is a loft for sleeping or more storage.  The back is a 13' garage with removable carpet.  If you want to haul a toy there are tie downs for that.  There is a half bath in the garage, another TV/DVD player and for those evenings after dinner, a deck.  There are patio doors on the back that are weather proof so you can leave the back open and enjoy the warmth or the coolness of the AC.  There are 3 AC's although only two can be run at one time.  There is an Onan 1500 generator for dry camping and two fuel tanks together will hold about 75 gallons.  There is tons of storage on the outside including a pass thru storage.  
We do try to camp at least once a month, but it is always close to home.  We do not haul toys in it.  The back was just used as an extra room.  We do have a dog that is totally housebroken and there has never been a doggie accident in the trailer.  It is a no smoking trailer.  Thanks for Looking.
