This RV is in very good condition and can be pulled with a 1/2 ton truck.  We purchased it to stay in while repairing our home after a major flood disaster.  Since then we have used it a few times.  It has been serviced and washed.  The only issue is that the vinyl upholstry on the dining benches has cracked a little from the TX heat, but that is reflected in the low price.  We are motivated to sell this RV as soon as possible.
