2016 Sanibel by Forest River, model 3701 Residential  “Luxury 5th Wheel” RV.  This 42’ unit is in excellent condition. LESS than 100 miles on the trailer. The RV was used lightly for overnight stays when working away from home. The RV has a BRAND-NEW ROOF installed May 2020 due to defective factory membrane. The bathroom includes a nice mirrored medicine cabinet. The large shower has a seat and sliding shower doors big enough for 2! There is storage under the sink and beside the shower are cabinets with lots of room. The unit is super clean and really has very few cosmetic issues. There is some flaking of the dual recliner vinyl surface, but does not affect functionality, discoloration on the electric awning due to age. This will be a wonderful family unit!
