Great camper that the family has enjoyed, but kids are getting older.  Interior is in great shape and comes with basic stock of what you need to go camping (plates, silverware, etc.).  Exterior needs a bath and "master bedroom" slide out occasionally sticks.  Tires are 3 years old, but protected by tire covers and have VERY few miles.  NADA value is between $12K - $14K.  Priced to sell!
