Made in Butler, OH, HI-LO Tow Lite Travel Trailer uses hydraulics via rocker switch to lift & put down top to travel. Weighs 2690 lbs with electric brakes, equalizer hitch, solar powered battery charger, 3-way refrigerator.  Bathroom has privacy with toilet, sink, shower & some storage.  Also an outdoor shower to clean off sand & dirt from swimming.  Kitchen has sink & 3 burner stove top.  An upper bunk which moves down is shown in pictures.  The table can be be folded against wall or expanded with leaf included.  A/C & heat (12000 BTU's) works.  Automatic ceiling fan w remote control.  TV Antenna & cable hookup in place.  30 gal water tank w pump & a 50 gal holding tank.  Every thing works last time we used it. Newer 15 inch tires w new spare tire never used all same brand.  In 2018 upper portion of RV was overhauled incl new roof, new cables, new seals, new upper interior, new rails. See included receipt copy. Installed new domestic 6gal hot water tank on 02 july 2020 tested flushed and works great.
