Very nice trailer. 37'10" in length. Kept under awning out of the elements. Used 1 time and decided to downgrade to a smaller trailer. Still has 2 years left on manufacturers defect warranty. Very nice interior with a living room, kitchen, bath and bedroom. Two sofas fold out to make full size beds. King size bed in the bedroom. Air conditioners are very quiet along with vent fans that include rain sensors. The 4 slide outs can be remote controlled from outside the trailer. Two gray tanks and one black with the drain valves easily accessible. Docking station allows easy access to hook up to city water or fill the fresh water tank.
