Perfect fifth wheel, queen bed, 2 A/C units, outdoor kitchen, 39" HDTV, recliner chairs have heat and massage, dinette booth makes into a bed. Nice kitchen inside. Plenty of inside storage and heated storage underneath. Dump hoses, clean water hose along with pressure regulator and filters, tripod and kingpin lock, & X blocks for tires included. Used three times has been pulled less than 800 miles. Wife says, "It still has that new RV smell."  We upgraded the mattress right away but have the original mattress if you want to swap them. Pet friendly, no floor mounted vents, food dishes under oven and tie outs by the door. Seven year extended warranty. Very nice fifth wheel. Really, like new!
