Spacious outdoor kitchen with gas hook up for two burner grill (no need for additional propane tanks), small fridge, and third flat screen TV. Trailer includes two A/C units- one in the main living area and one in the master bedroom for added comfort.

Two large storage areas underneath, underbed storage, and many cabinets throughout the kitchen and living area. Remote control slides and awning allows for operation while outside of the trailer. Also includes electric landing gear and rear stabilizing jacks for easy setup and black tank flush connections for both black tanks provide for easy maintenance. Trailer has a thermal package including insulated underbelly and was also purchased with a protective exterior coating guaranteed to last 5 years. A battery disconnect switch was added to avoid having to disconnect the battery cables during storage and also has EZ lube axles for easy maintenance. Comes with cable and electrical cables/adapters as well as sewer, flush, and freshwater hoses. Will also provide leveling blocks and wheel chocks.
