camper has been used for 1 week a year for 3 years total.  It is stored in covered storage year round.  Tires are in good condition, they have less than 300 miles on them.  Everything works. There are no tears in the furniture or the floors.  Lots of storage inside.  50 amp but runs on 30 Amp due to having just one ac unit
