This unit is clean and has been very well maintained.  We use an Adco cover for the unit if not traveling and it will convey.  No pets and non smoker unit. Has 2 A/Cs,  both work great.  The couch makes into a bed as well as the table.  This unit has ample storage.  Lighted awning in good shape.  Fresh water storage tank with pressure pump.  50 amp service.  Good tires on unit.  I have replaced propane hoses from regulator to tanks and replaced docking lights.  It has a new propane/carbon monoxide sensor.  All holding tanks and gate valves in good condition.  Gas and electric hot water heater works well, and the central heat unit works well.  It has a nice large pantry wiith good counter space.  Large grey water tank is a plus. Electric tongue jack; all four stabilizer jacks work well.   2 TVs with Sony DVD players for each; Black tank flush connection; all inside lights and outside marker lights work; hitch with equalizer bars and sway control arm to go with this unit. 

We are going to try our hand at a 5th wheel.
