This is a 2010 "off-road" pop-up camper that doubles as a utility trailer and has always been stored inside when not in use. Tent is contained in waterproof casing while in transport and can be removed to take advantage of the utility trailer itself. The tent material is hi-grade marine canvas, the best for this purpose and is in excellent condition. The tent pop-up utilizes hydraulic lifts inside, there are no poles or stakes and opens to two queen size beds on each side with cushions for sleeping and/or a four person dinette. There is also an outdoor kitchen/staging table for food preparation. The tent can easily sleep four and the internal dinette to seat four can be used while beds are in place. The trailer is outfitted with external front hanging sink (included) and ice chest holders. This trailer is made out of heavy-duty steel and can support two ATVs on top when in transport although this trailer only carried bikes and kayaks. The trailer comes with many extras including wired 12 Volt battery for lighting and charging, external propane fueled hot water heater, sink and ice chest cages, two 7 gal water tanks, sink assembly, LED light kit, two trailer mounted bike carriers and spare tire, two extra cushion kits. Cushions are in excellent shape and trailer has new battery and recent tires. Trailer is 12' long.
