This Beautiful Coach has 9700 miles. I purchased it from the Original owner a year ago who ordered it new. He chose all the options minus satellite & washer/dryer combo. He took it back to the factory during the warranty period to have all the new coach issues resolved. I have upgraded to Bilstein shocks for improved ride. I added a Tire Pressure Monitor System, Tow Bar, Brake Buddy, Upgraded Pioneer Speakers in the cab, 2019 Garmin RV GPS, Awning Rug and Safe all included in the sale for added value.  Soft Water Canister, all water hoses and electrical connectors will also be included. I tinted the top of the windshield, and both cab windows to add protection from the sun. It does have a outside TV & Stereo, Full Power Awning with LED lights and wind sensor, and Shower hose. Queen Sized Bed in the bedroom. One bathroom floor plan. Both the couch and dinette convert to beds. It has a drop down queen bed(60x80) above the cab area. Sleeps 8. The black area left of the sink is a metal insert for refrigerator magnets to hang notes etc on. Fully Ducted Ceiling for 2 Rooftop Air Conditioners, One Rooftop is also a heat pump to heat with electricity rather than the propane. Lots of storage in the basement.  Air Ride, with OnBoard Air Compressor.  Central Vacuum System. Diesel Generator tied to the fuel system.  Never Smoked in, Still smells new inside! Fit and Finish is Top Notch in the Pace Arrow with Leather seating and solid wood cabinets. All the windows have sun screens and full blackout shades. 300hp Diesel gets 9-10mpg pulling a Jeep Wrangler. It has a 10,000 pound towing capacity. Very clean with minimal wear anywhere. This is the largest RV allowed to stay in all the National Parks. We used it for one trip to Las Vegas last summer, ACs keep it comfortable even in the desert heat. It has never been lived in.
