This is a 2017 37MDQS Jayco Pinnacle (Middle bunkhouse). The Pinnacle "luxury model" is the next model up from the North Point. It’s in great condition with no issues. We owned this trailer for a year now and have upgraded to a class C and have no use for it anymore. This is a great trailer for family trips, plenty of room. I can offer the BW hitch that I bought brand new with the trailer a year ago ($500 optional). This trailer has two A/C systems, one in the Master bedroom and one in the main living area, separate thermostats, runs great in this Texas heat. This model has two propane tanks which runs the stove, gas heater, and on demand water heater, very efficient. A/C has electric heat as well. There is also an electric fireplace in the living area that works as a heater too. We added a Splendid combo washer/dryer, new. There are TV's in each room with surround sound and DVD players. The refrigerator is a full size household model and runs off a power converter when traveling to keep your food cold. Couch folds out into a queen bed for extra guest stays. Master bedroom has a RV queen mattress, but can fit a King if desired. Bathroom shower is tall, one of the many reason whu I bought this trailer ( I am 6ft 6inch and dont have to duck down). Outside kitchen has small refrigerator and stovetop. On hot summer days enjoy the comfort of two big electric fold out awnings. This model comes with a remote control, that can operate the stability jacks, awnings, and outside lights. When I purchased this trailer I had a positive pressure test done at Camping World to find undetected leaks, no issues. I had the roof resealed anyway at that time to ensure integrity, as it should be apart of your yearly maintenance. Again, I have kept up on all maintenance and everything is working, as it should.
