Only 2 flaws are a small tear in screen of the door and screen on the emergency exit . Beds have always been covered. Bathroom only #1 allowed. Non-smokers. 13,500 BTU a/c, outside gas grill, Microwave/hood combo, 3-burner inside stove, 6 gallon hot water heater, aluminum rims, solar battery charger, power slide out, power awning, blue-tooth radio, outside speakers, outside storage, spare tire, outside tire, Equalizer E2 hitch, electric tongue jack.
