Great Unit!  Lesson to SELF - Always Buy Used!  If you have not already heard, the RV industry is absolutely horrible at performing any Quality Assurace - we, as first time buyers, ARE their QA team and it is very frustrating.  Ask any RV owner and most will tell you the same story - some have better experiences then others but almost all owners of new RVs find themselves cleaning up after the RV industry.  Buy used and send a message that we just will not tolerate this any longer.

With that said, this unit is now in tip-top shape.  We replaced the AC (blower failed due to styrofoam being left in the ceiling), built in navigation system is new, ice maker is new, audio system was missing some cabeling but that is all fixed, water pump is new, inside rear tires had incorrect valves - all corrected.
