The unit has a 60,000 mile 72-month platinum extended warranty with zero deductible, which is transferrable. It has all standard equipment along with a washer/dryer, new house batteries, deluxe air horn, and aluminum wheels with Goodyear tires. It has a power reel for the power cord and all water and sewer hookups.  It just came back from the dealership where we had a fan blade replaced on the front A/C.  I had them check it over very thoroughly for the upcoming season and they gave it a clean bill of health.
