This is an excellent RV for a family of any size or for yourself.  The RV comes with many options and has many years of life left in it.  Our family has owned this RV for the past 2.5 years and we have loved spending time at campgrounds, RV resorts, boondocking and traveling with this RV.  This RV is big enough to retire in or live in while working on the road or away from home.  My wife and I have recently moved and started new jobs that dont allow us to get away and enjoy it.  As mentioned above, this is a 2015 Forest River Sierra 357TRIP.  Master bedroom in the front and bunkhouse in the rear.  The RV will sleep 9-10 people comfortably off the floor.  Two twins and a full bunk in the rear, sofa unfolds into full bed, dinette folds out to a full bed and queen in the master.  Baths 1.5 bath (master with large/tall walk in shower with seat & sliding glass door, I have plenty of room being 6-3ft) porcelian toliets. Two ac units (15K BTU in the main cabin and 13.5K BTU in master bedroom).   

Outdoor kitchen has swing away grill, sink, cabinets, power, cable jack, fridge.  Oudoor speakers, outdoor shower ports, 20 foot electric awning and plenty of storage space.  The RV has 2 entry doors, rear goes into bunkhouse half bath and the front into main cabin.  All roof vents have been upgraded with Maxxair vents.  Crank up tv antenna plus cable/sat jacks.  Water filteration system for drinking water.  Two black water and two grey water holding tanks and one grey water galley tank with all hoses included.  Fresh water tank holds 60 gallons with hoses and 2 pressure regulators included.  Hot water heater runs off gas or electric same as main fridge.  RV is a 50 Amp service but we have used 30 amp service multiple times when we didnt need to run both ac units.  Comes with 2 flat scrfeen tv, electric fireplace and many items such as cookware, bedding, space heater, vaccum, storage baskets, safe, and flag/pole/mount to get you started. The RV is plumbed and wired for washer/dryer in front master closet.  All new tires and upgraded to next size up in May 2019 and only have 900 miles on them.  New 12 volt battery installed June 2020.  A total of 3 slide outs all on the driver side. 

This is a great RV, we are sad to let it go, but it deserves to be used frequently or full time.  We will deliver up to 250 miles from Hobbs, NM.  We will also show buyer how to setup and all the features this RV has to offer.  Over $2,000 in extras included.  Asking price is $30,990.
