This Newmar Bay Star 3308 is in excellent condition and has been well cared for.  It only has 6479 total miles!  The craftmanship and woodworking is one of the best in the industry.  This is what sold us on this RV.  There are less expensive products out there, but their quality just doesn't compare.  Throughout the RV you will find: the interior cabinets that are made by the Amish are solid Maple, the counter tops are a gray Corian solid surface with a stainless steel double bin sink, a Convection Microwave that did most of our cooking, but there is also a 3 burner propane stove.  The Norcold refrigerator can operate on either gas or electric.  The Dinette area has storage under each seat, along with the possibilities of turning into a bed at night.  The lighting makes reading or playing games very easy.  Two other leather couches that turn into beds are also in the same area.  You can view one of the 2 large Sony TV's from these couches.  A Sony surround system and DVD player gives you "Theater" sound throughout this area. 

In the Master bedroom, there's an extremely comfortable queen sized bed with underneath storage.  One of the A/C units is dedicated to this area and provides excellent cooling.   Outlets for charging are located conveniently on either side of the bed.  There is a his and her's closets with plenty of drawers under the closests for additional storage.  A Sony TV with remote is nice to watch those late night shows.

The bath has heated floors for those cold mornings.  The rooftop vents are thermastatically controlled and is the best I've ever seen!  The shower is good sized, better than average, and has a sky light for natural light during the day.  

This RV came standard with an auto leveling system.  One button push activates the leveling system.  There are 3 slides and each comes with a topper type awning to keep leaves, twigs, and such off the roofs of the slides.  An 18 foot auto retractable awning(with a remote control) on the entrance side has a wind sensor to roll up automatically if the winds get too strong. The Onan 5500 generator was just recently serviced and can provide for all the electrical demands on this coach.  There's so much storage underneath, I highly doubt you'll ever fill them all up.  Each compartment is carpeted and lit.  We've added the RSSA steering stabilizer, the remote control for the awning, and made electrical improvements reccomended by the manufacturer to provide better reliability to some of the components.  

This is one of the nicest riding coaches we had and is easy to drive with all the cameras to keep me out of trouble!  This coach was never smoked in, and no pets.  We're happy to provide lots of pictures!  There are zero discrepancies except for a minor scuff on the driver's seat.
