This RV is loaded and ready for your families next adventure. As the second owner of his house on wheels that sleeps 8, and purchased by us in the summer of 2012, our family has been able to place many great memories in the old photo album. Back then, our family of 5, had out-grown our truck camper and we were looking to make the next step. Just didn't think we would skip the steps of a trailer or 5th wheel and jump right to the 35 foot beauty. The bunk beds for the girls were basically the deciding factor for the jump and we never looked back. Kids are all grown now, out of the house and we just don't need all the space. Maybe we'll head back to another truck camper. 

The Gulf Stream has been welll taken care of and has alwasys been strored in my shop when not in use. Comes with a 5500 watt generator, 2-slides, 2-AC units, 3-TV's, DVD player, and a solid Ford V-10 engine to get you down the road. Below is a small lost of things that we have changed or replaced over the years. 

-New starter and house batteries in 2019
-New front brakes and rotars turned at 22,581 miles
-All new tires at 21,000 miles
-Complete new awning in 2018
-New vinyl flooring throughout in 2018
-New steering gear box at 16,000 miles
-Fresh oil and filter
- Ugraded size of propane tank to 25 gal.
-Upgraded cd/stereo and ceiling speakers
