Great family motor coach!  The 37TB has room for a family of six comfortably, with three dedicated sleeping spaces.  Additional sleeping spaces can accommodate up to four more.  Ample closet space and storage bins allow for comfortable full time living, if you choose.  The bunk bed area can even be converted to more closet space if you require it.  One full bath and one half bath gives everyone room to get ready for a day out.  The residential fridge has water and ice maker in the door, and room for enough groceries for a week or two of camping.  The induction cooktop keeps the kitchen cooler on hot days and heats water to boiling in under two minutes.  The microwave oven converts to a convection oven with the ease of pushing a button, so you can pop popcorn, or bake brownies.  Speaking of hot days, two air conditioner units cool things down quickly; on chillier days, the electric fireplace heats up the living space nicely, but propane heat is readily available.  Five TVs ensure that everyone gets a choice; one of them is outside.  The comfy dinette can seat six, or dine al fresco beneath one of the two electric awnings.  Leveling jacks, cruise control, and GPS all make for easy travel and set up.  An extended warranty transfers to new owners, giving you peace of mind.  There is some minor damage to the driver side rear compartment door and rear of coach.  Price reflects this.
