2017 Forest River Rockwood Mini-lite model 2509S. This is an a excellent layout that can comfortably sleep 8 people and had only been used a few times. Outside has excellent storage options, an outside kitchen with small refrigerator, leveling jacks, outside power awning, 30 amp hookup, city water connection and black tank flush. The inside can sleeps 8; 2 on the murphy style queen bed, 2 in the U shaped dinette that is on a full sized slide-out and 2 on each of bunk bed. The kitchen has a double sink, 3 burner stovetop and oven. It also has a hood vent and a med sized refrigerator/freezer combination. The trailer comes with a flat screen TV, HD antenna, and a Jensen DVD/CD player and speaker both inside and out. The trailer has a 43 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon gray tank and a 30 gallon black tank.
