I bought my beautiful 2017 Georgetown 369DL XL new. It's been a great coach that has taken me on several worry free wonderful trips. I'm only selling it to move down to a small coach. It is 38 feet, has a Triton Gas Engine, 28,000 miles, marble floors, a 5,000 Watt Cummins Generator,  Washer/Dryer combo, 1 1/2 baths, king bed, 2 slide outs, Electric Awning, 2 AC's, 50 amp service, and plenty of room to sleep 6. It is a none smoking rv, no accidents or water damage. It's kept under a covered garage. Kitchen has: Stove, Coriander Countertops, Convection microwave, Commercial refrig with ice maker and freezer. Furniture is like new and constantly kept covered with quilts. Added extras: 2 Fantastic fans with temp controls, covers, etc. A very trustworthy, well taken care of Motorhome!
