Great condition.  Upgraded LED lighting, upgraded high quality vinyl flooring throughout, 50 amp service, 2 AC, queen bed in master, queen sofa bed, all appliances work excellent, no known issues.  I have installed an aftermarket Ground Control 3.0 self leveling system with 4 electric jacks. It has an installed 5500 EVAP Generator with approx 8 gallon built on fuel tank. Designed to switch to 12 gallon external tanks.  Great for boondocking, tailgating or vacations. 
I have not used the trailer in over a year - we upgraded to a motorhome - which is the reason for selling.
