The photos were taken recently and show what very nice condition this motorhome is in. The 24ft long Chevrolet truck chassis, powertrain, body and cab interior all are in excellent condition, including the  doors, electric windows, seats, seatbelts, airbags, dash, controls, and all other OEM accessories. New tires and brakes were installed just last year. The Coachmen RV is exceptionally solid and all of the cabinetry, upholstery, appliances and other accessories are in excellent condition. The RV interior is very clean & dry and has not been smoked in. Has a permanent full size queen bed in the back, an over-sized queen bed above the cab and a dinette with table and seating for 5 people (all with seatbelts) that can convert to a double bed.  Bathroom and shower stall have surprising space. Just outside of bathroom is a nice size dressing area with wardrobe / closet for hanging clothes, with drawers for other items. Lots of overhead storage cabinets throughout the rv. Windows all have screens and curtains and/or blinds. Curtains are also across front bed, rear bed, dressing area and opening to cab. Rooftop air conditioner and forced air LP gas furnace keep the interior comfy year round. 3 rooftop vents also help keep plenty of fresh air moving and all vents have screens and rain-covers. On-board fresh water storage tank, water pump and water heater help keep hot & cold water on tap at anytime (for kitchen & bathroom sinks, shower and flush-toilet). The refrigerator with freezer runs on 120 volts (campsite hookup or generator) or it can run on LP gas.  The water heater, furnace, stove and oven run on LP gas. The LP gas bottle, gray water tank, septic tank and generator all are underneath. The main side door has a full screen door and an automatic electric doorstep with courtesy light. Interior lights have LED bulbs. Very large lighted rear storage compartment (the rear 'trunk') is easily accessed from back door or large side door and includes very nice folding picnic table and a full size spare tire that is like brand new. Also included is a very nice all-season "Eevelle Expedition 2" fabric cover with storage bag (bought new last fall).  All owners manuals and other documentation well organized and included in the original Coachmen zippered case.
