I am selling my 2006 Forest River Georgetown 350, as we phase from RVing to a house in the mountains. This has been a great unit for us since we bought it in 2013. We got it specifically because of the low miles at the time, and still after our use it only has 28,785 miles on it. It has been used for camping, races and football games, usually twelve times a year. We’ve had it serviced annually. We just put on a new motor for the awning, and we put brand new Michelin’s on all the way around in 2018. It has In-Motion satellite, but we haven’t used that in three years since we went to streaming, so I cannot attest to its current state. However, a portable satellite will also be included with the sale. Also included will be a Genturi for the generator exhaust, a muffler as well, a cargo carrier that attaches to the hitch, a new sewer hose unit and 2 TVs that will stay with the unit. I had the unit completely cleaned out when I took the pictures. But note that when you come for a test drive, my stuff will be in there. I work security at a couple of race tracks, and if we get the call that we can be there for any of the upcoming races, I’m going, if you haven’t bought the unit by then! The unit is at my office in Conyers, GA, in the Olde Town area, so it will be super easy to set up and take for the test drive. We have a huge parking lot next to us to set up slide outs and awning as well. Please be prepared to remit a certified check from your issuing bank or loan institution only.
