Like New.  Used only a few times, then decided to get a smaller 5th wheel.    Excellent floor plan and in perfect condition.  Ordered new from the factory.  Has lots of extras - an on demand water heater  so everyone can take a shower without waiting for it to heat up again, slide toppers for all 3 slideouts, keyless entry system, upgraded Goodyear "G" rated tires with less than 1000 miles on them, double door refrigerator, walk-in closet in bedroom, hookup for washer/dryer, large food pantry with drawer slides, large island in kitchen, ceiling fan, electric fireplace, high ceilings, 2 A/C units, dining table w/ 4 chairs, lots of storage inside and out.  Owners do not smoke and have no pets.  Delivery may be a possibility depending upon location.
