Very clean.  Includes water hoses, sewer lines, coax, 50amp extension cord, hitch including sway bars.  Outside kitchen with frig, sink, stove top, grill.  Stored in New Smyrna Beach.  Rugs for floor, rug under dining table to protect carpet.  Sleeps 10.  Master BR 2, separate back room out sofa 2, bunk over sofa 1, bunk other side 1, dining room 2, pull out sofa 2.  Purchased new in Pa with artic insulation package, also has diamond package.
