Loaded with plenty of amenities! Electric fireplace, 13,500 btu central a/c, E-Z tow axles, electric awning, outside gas grill, outside shower, electric 14' slide out, microwave, refridgerator, oven, water heater, 3 burner stove, flat screen tv,
cd/dvd player, outside stereo speakers, electric scissor jacks, queen bed, toilet, sink, shower. 
All in good condition and everything works properly. Tv does have a crack in screen but is still functional.
