This Cross Country has a 1000 lb. Motorcycle lift and a car tow hook-up for hauling a Trailer or Car, and your bike at the same time.  Home has been well maintained!   
 New awnings, new convection microwave oven, 3 updated smart tv's.  Air conditioning, water heater, and furnace have been serviced.  4 Newer Michelin tires on back.  Good Toyo's on the front.  Has it's own airline to use for airing tires, rafts, etc.  Cummins 300 Turbo (recently serviced).  Freight liner chassis has excellent air ride!  Onan 4 stroke diesel 8000 watt generator (serviced), with only 331 hrs. on it.

  The Motorcycle lift was purchases and installed in Houston Tx. For $6003.00.  It's electric (no messy hydraulic fluid), and has carried my Electriglide and Heritage with no problems!   
 
Also comes with the front, side window, and door exterior privacy shades.  Tire covers,  and sun screener for the awning.  We have a new spare tire (no rim) as well.  I am the second owner.  We have stacks of receipts and all of the owner's manuals with the original bill of sale (over $174,000).  SALE PENDING
