I added actual unit pictures taken today. Please note that the mid bunk room slides out another 2.5 feet but where I store it I am unable to put it all the way out.

This unit has only been used one year. Due to job change she has been winterized and stored in a secure location.

This unit is still under extended 7-year warranty god through July 2023. This unit is in virtually new shape with all available options. The G rated tires have approximately 3,000 miles on them and show no wear (G rated tires are engineered for long hauls and higher speeds which equals safety).We were only able to enjoy this unit 4 times in 2016/2017 (Disney, Destin, Fl, Newburgh, NY and Ocean City, MD) and one time in 2018 (Newburgh, NY). Due to a job change it has sat winterized in a secure lot since October 2018. 

This unit comes with all the best options such as wireless remote to control slide outs (Four of them), awnings (Two of them) and exterior lighting. It has a true residential side by side stainless refrigerator with icemaker which runs off the onboard inverter when travelling. It also has Electric Fireplace, hidden mount telescopic TV (Recesses into fireplace), two theater seat recliners, island kitchen, cook top, microwave, loft, bunk room, walk around master bed, walk in closet, washing machine, outside refrigerator, outside cooktop, bumper mounted for a Weber Grill, outside TV, central VAC, 50 AMP Power and the list goes on and on.

I am also throwing in just about everything you would need for your camping trips to include tools, extension cords, chairs, tables, appliance, blankets, sheets, etc.

If you have  Ford with factory hitch pucks I’ll throw in a 24k hitch. Only fits the Ford factory fifth wheel package.
