The is a beautiful lightly used unit.  It is in excellent condition inside and out.  It is stored inside when not in used. We are selling in hopes of moving up to a Class A unit.  We purchased from the original owner in June of 2018. We've taken it out on about 6 short trips around North Georgia and TN and twice to the Florida Keys. It has plenty of power and towing capacity to flat tow our 4 door Jeep Wrangler to the Keys. We replace the AC unit last October with a new 15000 btu commercial grade unit.  Upgraded Serta Queen Mattress, King Dish satellite system, 3 TV's, outdoor shower, outdoor sink, outdoor entertainment center, outdoor fridge, swivel seats plus many other options.  This unit does not have automatic levelers but we did install a device called "The Levelmate Pro".  It connects to an app on your phone and instantly tells you within .25 inch what adjustments you need to make to become level.
