Known Issues (Please don't be put off by this list, I just want to be as honest as I can so there are no surprises; this camper really is in very good condition):
-Kitchen table has scratches
-Ceiling near A/C appears to be de-laminating (has never felt soft, so I don't believe it is water damage, but not an expert)
-I stripped one of the 3 bolts when replacing the Tongue Jack 3 years ago, I've had no issues with the bolt I used to fix it, but you should check it for yourself
-The tires are at least 4 years old with approximately 3,000 miles
-When powerwashing it last year, I stripped most of the decals, but the adhesive is still visible.
-Stains and Dirt. It's used; I'm still cleaning as much as I can, but want to be clear it's not perfect.

I'm willing to also throw in items I will no longer need for our next camper if the deal is right, just ask and we'll see if we can come to an agreement.

I've spent the last two days checking everything that I can think of and believe everything is in good working order. I will go through everything with you, including how to set it up and tear it down if you're interested in purchasing. Delivery in Central VA is possible, maybe further, we will need to discuss it.
