Description

HD Freightliner chassis & 400HP Cummins with 1,250 ftlbs of torque.  1,250 hours on generator.  New radio, antenna, & batteries last year.  Work done by factory in Decatur, Indiana. 295/80R22.5 Tires have 18,000 miles on them and in good shape.  Cabin A/C unit upgraded to 15,000 & bedroom unit is original 13,500.  Mattress upgraded to a pillow top Queen Plus which is nice to have the extra room.  Awning upgraded to a larger automatic unit with wind sensing.  Chassis serviced at Stoops Freightliner & coach serviced at factory in Decatur, Indiana.  All original TVs were changed out to flat screens.  DVD players included. Unit alarmed.  Bra & windshield covers included.

Located in Greenfield Indiana & always stored indoors, never outside hence the beautiful condition of the full body paint on exterior of coach.  Never smoked in & no pets.  Never lived in, just used for recreation.

THE REASON IT IS PRICED SO LOW:  Unit has an electrical issue that I have suspected is a relay or more likely a faulty ground.  There are work arounds that allow troubled features to work still, but it needs fixed. Both air horn & electric horn work but sometimes the air horn doesn't.  The auto-leveling jack, slides, & radio lose power occasionally, but after a few minutes they come back on.  When I hit the windshield wiper pulse button, the radio blips off & back on. None of these issues happened until the factory installed new horn, new radio, new antenna, new kitchen fan/vent, & all new batteries. The fan vent in the kitchen randomly comes on & off.  Coach will not start on the brand new starter batteries they installed last year unless I separately charge them, but after, they will not auto-charge.  I have to use aux power button to start coach with the brand new coach batteries. That works every time. With all of that said, those items all eventually work.  I am never "stranded".  I just have to wait for things to reset. Also, one of the handles on a cargo door needs replaced.

Coach is priced well below other 2004 Traditions due to issues that I suspect are all related to a root cause.  Price listed currently is as-is, I may pull ad & relist at appropriate price if I send to factory to have issues fixed.  Attempting to sell to save me the trouble & give someone an otherwise great coach for a great price, they just have to be willing to fix the root cause of issues.  The coach was very reliable until last year when factory did the work above.

Unit sold at asking price to a wonderful family. Enjoy!
