We are the original owners and have had regular maintenance done since the purchase. Also, as a part of our Forever Warranty, this trailer has been inspected by our RV dealer every year. This travel trailer is stored under a covered structure at a storage facility and has never had any water leaks or damage of any kind. We installed Maxxair roof vent covers on both roof vents to aide in keeping the inside of the trailer ventilated during storage times. Tires still have plenty of tread and are maintained at the recommended air pressure. The outside gets regular washings and is in excellent condition. The inside is kept very clean during and after our camping trips. The slides both work great and provide lots of space inside. Master bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed with storage underneath that is accessible from the inside and outside, plenty of closet and storage space with hangers. Good sized dresser in bedroom as well. Bedroom closet is prepped for a washer and dryer and is also accessible from an outside tall door, great for storing big folding chairs, tents, fishing poles, etc. Lots of other storage for carrying equipment and supplies. The sofa converts and sleeps two. The dinette converts and sleeps two. Unit has two very comfortable recliner chairs. Huge storage under dinette seats with access from the inside. Appliances all work perfectly and are super clean. Lots of kitchen cabinet space for storage. Double sink. Huge power awning with bright LED lighting, awning is in super shape. Slides both get swept off on the top before moving them inside to eliminate debris from getting in the slide seals. Power tongue jack works great and has a protective cover installed on top.

We have made an effort to keep this trailer clean and working properly since we bought it. You won't be disappointed.
