The trailer was mostly used as a destination trailer for snow-birding in Florida. It has been returned to SW Florida where we wintered in it and it is ready for a new snow bird to enjoy it. Very comfortable!

Description
Large kitchen with 12 cu/ft refrigerator/freezer and ice maker. Hood fan over oven/stove top with cover, separate 30-inch convection/microwave oven, double sink, Fantastic Fan with Rain Sensor. Several drawers and cabinets and large pantry closet.

Two large slides (each opens out 40”) providing a huge living area inside trailer. One slide has dinette table with leaf and 4 chairs, 48” TV over top of a cabinet containing an entertainment center and electric fireplace/heater. Opposite slide has 2 bar stools that fit under counter behind sink, a recliner and pull-out sofa bed. Ducted air conditioner (15,000 BTU) and ceiling fan is located overhead in the center of room. By the stairs is the port for the central vacuum system, centralized control panel, small coat closet and an additional storage cabinet.

Stairs lead up to the bedroom and bath. Bath has sink/cabinet, medicine cabinet, towel cabinet, porcelain toilet and 60-inch residential shower with detachable sprayer and skylight.

The 3rd slide provides extra room in the bedroom. A king size bed, large dresser with 32-inch TV mounted above. Large sliding door closet and regular closet. Hookups are located in closet for RV washer/dryer. A second ducted air conditioner (13,500 BTU) cools the bedroom.

Outside has pull out steps, keyless entry, 15-ft power awning with LED lighting. There are large exterior storage compartments with lights. A manual electric cord reel. The end compartment has electric hookups for a generator and room to place one. It has a propane port for outdoor camping grill. There are access panels for two 30-gal propane tanks, 10-gal hot water heater (propane/electric), propane furnace for central heating and exterior shower. Recently added were electric valve switches for the black and gray tanks replacing the pull cable valves.
