WELCOME HOME! And in most parks due to size and its young age.  This 31 foot home on wheels has been modified for full-time living for two (one adult and one child, two separate quarters) but can sleep 4 full sized adults comfortably as configured.  More if you engage the bunk beds, which ads room for two small children. It can be restored to sleep what they say is 11 but that's doubtful in practice. Good, used, condition.  Everything works!  I've even pulled a trailer with the hitch.  Rig is well maintained.  Shows some wear because it hasn't been parked its whole life, which is a good thing.  These things are meant to move.  It's been across country and back without any issues in the heat of summer.  Generator and AC do the trick.  New tires put on less than a year ago.  They go by age, not miles, because they typically rot out before they wear out.  I have rented it to a few folks on RV Share for a pretty sum, all took very good care, but I am too busy now to work it.

Make me an offer!  Would consider trade for a comparable 1 ton 4x4 pickup truck. I bought it used from an RV dealer in Pennsylvania, where I lived at the time, who had it as a rental and was blessed with a sturdy, well maintained, reliable rig at a reasonable price.  Now's your chance to own it at a fraction of what it cost me!  I'll consider the difference well spent on my son and I learning to live small, manage waste and resources, while meeting interesting people.  I wish you and/or yours the same!
