Trailer is 27ft, hitch to rear bumper with a rear king bed slide.   The overall length of the trailer, with slide extended is 32 ft.  The trailer sits a bit higher from the ground giving more clearance; especially nice in some rougher campgrounds and when traveling down the road.  There is a driver-side slide which holds the U-shaped dinette.  The dinette can fold down to accommodate two additional sleepers and has ample storage underneath.  There is a jack knife sofa at the rear of the camper which also folds down and can accommodate an adult.  The trailer can sleep 7 and has comfortably slept 6 adults plus gear.  Under the sofa is access to the water heater and bypass valve for winterizing.  The front of the trailer has two bunks, one of which can fold up, allowing for bikes or other camping gear to be stored.  This area can be accessed from the outside through a bike door.  The bathroom has ample storage; the shower has a small tub, great for younger children.  The kitchen has a pantry and extra storage and countertop space; current owners were able to store quite a few small electric appliances and large cast iron skillets in these areas.  There is a closet in the front of the trailer, next to the bunk beds.The outside of the trailer has two front storage compartments and a storage compartment at the rear of the trailer, under the king bed.  A sewer hose compartment is attached to the bumper and will convey with sale.  There is an outside kitchen, with two-burner stove, small sink, and hot/cold spigot and/or sprayer.  LP quick connect is located just under the kitchen.  The power awning spans the length of the trailer.  The fresh-water tank holds 43 gallons, the gray water holds 30 gallons, and black tank holds 30 gallons.  Cargo weight is rated at 1635 lbs.Trailer has Luxury, Designer, and Comfort Package included. Installed power jack after market.  King bed has a new Insider Mattress enclosed in an AllerEase allergen cover; the mattress was replaced in 2019 and used on one trip.  New battery installed 2019.  Trailer has been covered with an all-weather cover for 6 of the 7 years owned. Trailer tires are 5 years old with good tread (approximately 15,000 miles). Tires have been inspected and bearings repacked with new brakes. LP Gas has been drop-tested and checked for leaks with no discrepancies. Comes with 2-30lb propane tanks. Trailer has been winterized every winter of ownership.
