Very well maintained and I'm the second owner of this trailer. AC unit was replaced within the last 3 years and I also had a solar panel installed to keep the 2 house batteries in good condition. Everything works on the unit and is a very well built trailer. There is a dent in the rear bumper and some minor blemishes but otherwise,  in great condition.
