2003 Pace Arrow 36R with the Workhorse chassis, 8.4L Chevy engine and Allison Transmission with 54xxx miles. Very clean unit and everything works as it should. All awnings are in perfect condition too. The large awning is powered as well. We are the 3rd owners of this unit and owned it 3 years after selling our cabin. We’ve taken it cross country twice and it’s worked out great! Now we’re ready to buy a cabin again and let this unit find a new home with someone else ready for an adventure. The motor coach has two slide outs, a couch and dining set that both convert to beds. Will easily sleep 6 people total. The master has a very comfortable queen bed that’s been upgraded from the factory mattress. Bathroom has a large standup shower as well. Tons of storage inside and out on this model!! Equipped with Onan 5500W generator with only 367 hours on it. Power jacks for easy leveling. Also equipped with a backup camera with microphone to easily converse if necessary while backing into your site. Unit can run on LP or electric so it is fully self contained. Full size side by side refrigerator with ice maker and dispenser on door. Microwave even has a convection setting. Motorcoach has been upgraded to flat screen TVs and equipped with a direct tv dish. Two new front tires were put on last year. Shocks all around were replaced two years ago. New coach batteries this year and the engine battery last year. Roof AC works great, never a problem. Engine AC needs a charge at the beginning of the season and always lasts the summer. Heavy duty 2” hitch to haul your car if needed. Motorcoach comes with a winter cover and tire covers. Only 3 years old and was over $700 when purchased new. All engine and transmission fluids changed as they should be as well. And it even has a full tank of gas and is ready to go!!!!!!
