Priced to sell!! This trailer was delivered from the factory to Rockaway Beach Oregon in summer of 2018 and has not moved since.
It is in great shape and everything works! We are moving into our new home soon so we are selling under retail!
To give an image of this roomy trailer, I am in two of the photos. I stand 6'1" and 240 pounds. That should show the bathroom and everything else is nice sized. The bed is an actual queen size (mattress not included) and won't hang over at all. No water or rust damage.
Please note that until we close on our house, the trailer will not be empty. Personal items not included.
