This motorhome has been our "home" for the last two and a half years. It has had all the maintenance to keep up with full-time use. We are non-smokers and have no pets. The unit has transferrable 5 year extended warranty for remaining two and a half years (Hasn't been used.)  Sofa has been replaced with two Lazyboy recliners for relaxing and watching tv.  Safety Steer Plus has been installed to ease driving and help maintain control in case of blow-out. It has electric dump valves installed for operation from half bath or bay. (No need to go out in bad weather.) It has three interior and one exterior TVs.  RVI Tire Pressure and Tow Brake System is included; also, Roadmaster 6,000 lb all-terrain tow bar.
