Great Family 5th wheel - 2 Bedroom 1.5 Bathroom, 2 entrances, 5 slides, 8ft x 40ft.  Fill heigh (8ft ceilings) in main and bunkhouse room, Queen bed in master with full sized closet, laundry (washer/dryer combined condensing unit) in Closet, plumbed, cool fireplace that actually heats the unit, can be heated without the propane heater.  

Wood Cabinets.
Huge Shower (2.5ft wide x 4ft long - i am 5-11 and 200lbs - i dont touch the sides) glass doors. You can sit on the toilet and not be crammed against the sink.    

50 AMP unit but can run on 30 with some items not running.  

Note - Black water tank NEVER used.we used a composting toilet and never flushed a single flush into the blackwater tank.its brand new unused.

Note - Never used the gas oven, perfectly clean and new.

Unit has the winter package with heated water unit.warm all winter long!!! No leaks.  

Carpet is a little worn on the stairs, its got a few nicks and nocks as we lived in it for 3 years.  

Great live in.we had three small kids and it was perfect.  Bunk house sleeps 3 comfortable, 4 is ok.

Couch, 2 reclinersdining table seats 4.  

4 Flat screen Tvs (Master, Living, Bunk, Outside kitchen area).

Speakers through for music.  

Large dble door fridge and Freezer with NEW AMISH cooling unit.  Top cooling.  

All AC and heat is ducted.  Huge underneath storage.

For a large unit, it toes really well.  Tires are essentially brand new with maybe 300 miles (we took it to Boardman Or from Portland and drove it home after buying.  Thats about the extent of its total travel. 

Does need a new queen mattress and suround sound needs to be tweaked.  Doesnt quite work.not sure why.
