This unit is better than any other used unit on the road and has many upgrades already done, including:

  • Six new 70R22.5 Tires (Under 8k miles)
  • New Tire Minder 6 wheel pressure monitoring system for both pressure and temp  Cost $400
  • New Summo Chassis bumps for stabilization (between frame and I-Beam)  Cost $200
  • New Blue Ox Steering Stabilizer (assist is strong winds and blow outs)  Cost $600
  • New Progressive Industries hard wired electrical monitoring system Cost $300
  • New Winegard RZ8535 Automatic Off Air Antenna  Cost $350
  • New carpet in front and bedroom  Cost $1,500

  • Does have a satellite antenna, but it is obsolete and would need to be upgraded.
 
  • Never has been in accident. Has clear coat peeling off of front cap in spots. A few scratches and chips around the coach. - Nothing major. 
  • This Motorhome was in Texas hurricane and insurance company wrote the unit off. Water came up to axle, but was never inside. Purchased as a Salvage Vehicle - Repaired (read below)- Inspected by Iowa Highway Patrol and relabeled as a Rebuilt Title, which is a Previously Salvaged Title in both South Dakota and Nebraska.
 Repairs that where performed
  • Water was up to the basement area, but never in the living area.
  • Fuel tank flushed and filters replaced.
  • Engine oil and filter changed. - No water ever entered engine.
  • Transmission was replaced with Allison Retran which is a complete reman trans from Allison with warranty.
  • Transyn High Mileage trans fluid was installed, instead of basic fluid.
  • Generator was pulled and completely gone through. - The inverter unit was damaged and so was replaced with new.
  • Along with that, complete service performed - belts - hoses- filters and oil change. This is normally performed at 1000 to 1500 hours anyway and is now done and ready for season.
  • Front hubs pulled, inspected, cleaned and reinstalled.
  • Rear axles pulled - flushed - and new axle oil was installed along with new seals.
  • Repair receipts provided with unit.
