This was a fresh water flood Ohio camper. Originally purchased new in May of 2018 owners used this for 4 months. While winterized at a camp ground, water reached the floor from an ice backed up river 8 months later on January 24th 2019. All furniture and carpeting was removed, dried, sanitized, reinstalled. Underbody was completely blower dried for weeks. This camper was remediated prior to warm weather arriving. i.e. no mold was ever detected. No odors. Smells new to this day. One electric stabilizer jack requires repair-bent or replacement $400 cost. (my error with the tongue jack while levelers were down)
